About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP BIM Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP and process piping BIM modeling, particularly using Revit and Plant 3D.
- Independently manage modeling tasks with a clear understanding of project procedures and requirements.
- Produce accurate and high-quality BIM models and drawings in line with client expectations and agreed deadlines.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with clients, including international counterparts.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend coordination and technical review meetings with project leads and engineers.
- Lead and support BIM execution, model management, and quality control processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant piping codes, standards, and industry best practices.
Technical Expertise Required
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Capability to generate detailed drawings from limited engineering input.
- Solid understanding of MEPF systems and Support Engineering.
- Experience with Dynamo scripting and COBie data workflows is necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in BIM for MEP.
- B.tech/B.E - Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
