Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with our goals and objectives, including creating content calendars, identifying key themes and topics, and assisting with client design briefs.
  • Edit, cross-check facts, and deliver final work for clients.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality.
  • Manage social media campaigns end-to-end (planning, execution, and analysis), staying on top of trends and capitalizing on timely opportunities in the Web3 space.
  • Identify and fill content gaps, keeping an eye on trending topics and discussions in the blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities.

As a Web3 Social Media Manager, you will be required to switch between different brand voices and tones while maintaining authenticity. You'll need to adapt quickly to new topics, verifying facts and finding interesting angles for your threads.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience writing threads or short-form social content.
  • Experience across various content formats such as Crypto technical docs, X threads, Posts, Discord announcements, and crypto blogs is preferred.
  • A solid background in Web3, with particular knowledge of gaming and crypto ecosystems. You should be comfortable discussing everything from DeFi and NFTs to GameFi and DAOs.
  • Understanding of Twitter's algorithm, best posting times, and engagement strategies.
  • An eye for spotting and capitalizing on trending topics in the Web3 space.
