Digital Presence Specialist

We're seeking a creative professional to craft compelling digital content, foster engagement, and build a strong online presence for our cybersecurity brand.

This role involves developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms, collaborating with the design and content teams to create captivating campaigns, managing a content calendar that aligns with product launches, industry trends, and key marketing moments, and monitoring performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that resonates with our target audience.
  • Transform technical updates into engaging, bite-sized content, including infographics, memes, and carousels that showcase our expertise in cybersecurity.
  • Partner with the design team to create attention-grabbing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage a content calendar that aligns with product launches, industry trends, and key marketing moments to maximize impact.
  • Bring events to life on social media through pre-event hype, live coverage, and post-event storytelling that captivates our audience.
  • Monitor performance metrics and share insights to inform data-driven decisions that drive growth.
  • Engage with our online community, including industry leaders, customers, and fellow tech enthusiasts, to foster meaningful conversations and relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and social media formats to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a social media or digital content role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • A flair for writing clear, witty, and engaging copy that showcases your personality and style.
  • Solid understanding of social media dynamics for B2B marketing and how to leverage them to drive business results.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • A strong visual eye and basic video editing skills are a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and priorities.
