As a senior cybersecurity leader, you will spearhead the Cyber Academy within a cutting-edge Cyber Security Centre of Excellence.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive cybersecurity training programs, encompassing curriculum design, instructor training, and student assessment. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality and effectiveness, managing training delivery, and overseeing academic collaborations with leading universities and industry experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Academic Collaborations:
    • Partner with leading universities and academies to craft and implement curricula for cyber security capacity building.
    • Drive collaborations with industry experts and academia to define learning pedagogy based on stakeholder requirements and roles.
  • Strategic Planning & Leadership:
    • Develop a comprehensive cyber security training roadmap aligned with the overall goals of the Cyber Security CoE.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps, ensuring that the curriculum remains relevant and up-to-date.
    • Design and execute capacity building initiatives, leading strategic thinking to drive change in a fast-evolving tech landscape.
  • Curriculum Development & Management:
    • Oversight of the design, development, and maintenance of cybersecurity training courses, workshops, and certifications.
    • Ensuring the curriculum covers a wide range of cybersecurity topics, including network security, cloud security, and incident response.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Good technical knowledge of cybersecurity domains and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute complex training initiatives, adapting to changing technologies and industry trends.
  • Exposure to public-private partnership models or Centre of Excellence and deep understanding of BFSI Sectoral Cyber Security & risks.
