High-Impact Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to join our organization.

About the Role:

  • Develop and Execute Strategies: Create and implement performance-driven marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns across paid search, social, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.
  • Data Analysis and Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
  • Talent Development: Develop and maintain skills in emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve campaign outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience: 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Skills: Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns, strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
