Job Title: Project Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure EcoSys modules for project portfolio management, including projects, contracts, cost classes, coding structures, WBS, timesheet budgeting, forecasting, workflows, change controls, and governance templates.
  • Establish baselines, track progress, capture EVM calculations, variance analysis, dashboards, implement standardized monthly cycle forecasts, accruals, and KPIs.
  • Integrate EcoSys with ERP systems like SAP, CRM, SFDC, schedulers, Primavera P6MS, Project, and EDW Snowflake IICS for single-source reporting.
  • Develop portfolio and project dashboards, leveraging EcoSys reports aligned to reporting cadences.
  • Translate governance into EcoSys processes, approvals, auditability, SOPs, runbooks, and conduct user training.
  • Engage program leads, finance controllers, PMs, and data teams to manage change requests, cutovers, and deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years in project controls with 3 years hands-on EcoSys configuration and administration.
  • Strong cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and EVM knowledge with experience in monthly close processes.
  • Proven integration experience with SAP, SFDC, EDW, Snowflake, IICS, or similar, with ETL capabilities and source-to-EcoSys mappings.
  • Reporting skills in EcoSys native and Power BI, Tableau for enterprise distribution.
  • Solid SQL data modeling fundamentals, Agile delivery, Scrum, SAFe.
