Portfolio Manager Role

  • Update and maintain detailed records of various private equity funds.
  • Prepare bespoke quarterly reporting templates for investors, showcasing fund performance and progress.
  • Analyze financial data by reviewing cash flows and quarterly reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Calculate fund valuation metrics, including investment costs, realized/unrealized value, gross/net multiples, and key performance indicators.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and provide regular updates on a quarterly basis.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive fund track records, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data reconciliation.
  • Apply advanced analytics techniques, such as coefficienting and attribution analysis, to optimize fund performance.
  • Reconcile portfolio-level operational data, including geographical presence and leverage metrics.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather information and communicate client updates effectively.

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or equivalent academic qualification.
  • A minimum of 1-10 years of experience in finance services, preferably with expertise in management reporting, operational finance, or research.
  • Familiarity with E-front, Power BI, and Microsoft Access is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, identifying process improvements and taking initiative.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with strong skills in Word and Excel.
