Global Payroll Specialist

The Global Payroll Specialist oversees the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies.

  • Manage data entry, calculations, deductions, and tax filings for a multinational workforce.
  • Evaluate compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing payroll and employee benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records, including employee files, tax forms, and payroll reports.

The candidate must have experience in handling payroll for India & US regions mainly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify payroll data (hours worked, salaries, bonuses, deductions, etc.).
  • Partner with external providers to ensure accurate payroll execution.
  • Ensure payroll calculations comply with local regulations in each country.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in payroll administration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR payroll for India & US.
  • Experience working in a multinational company or managing payroll in regions such as North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM will be beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
