Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished retail leader to spearhead the operations of our flagship store. As a seasoned Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and upholding our luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS systems.
  • Ensure visual merchandising, cleanliness, and ambience align with our luxury brand identity.
  • Implement seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, and new collection launches as directed by management.
Sales & Customer Experience:
  • Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Provide personalized styling guidance for sarees, blouses, and accessories.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and ensure smooth exchange/return processes.
Team Development:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff, stylists, and support personnel.
  • Monitor staff performance, set targets, and conduct regular team meetings.
Inventory Management:
  • Oversee stock movement, replenishment, tagging, and barcoding.
  • Maintain accurate records of saree collections and minimize stock loss/shrinkage.
Marketing & Engagement:
  • Execute in-store events, such as saree showcases, draping workshops, and wedding collection previews.
  • Coordinate with marketing for influencer visits, live streaming, and customer engagement activities.
Reporting & Compliance:
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales and footfall reports.
  • Ensure compliance with billing, GST, and company policies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of ethnic wear fabrics and draping styles, and the ability to thrive in high-footfall seasons. Proficiency in billing software, POS systems, and MS Office is also required.
