Job Title: Store Operations Manager

">About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store activities, including cash handling, security, and inventory management, to ensure optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate store employees to provide outstanding customer service, promote a positive work environment, and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts, overstocking, and waste, and maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement actions to drive sales growth, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of store appearance, cleanliness, and organization, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Monitor and address employee concerns, issues, or conflicts in a timely and professional manner, promoting a culture of respect and open communication.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align store operations with company goals, objectives, and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving operational efficiency, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities.

Working Conditions
