Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Store Manager.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage daily operations, track inventory, implement marketing strategies, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage daily store operations to meet sales goals and drive business growth.
- Direct employees in tasks such as serving customers, taking inventory, reconciling cash, and managing in-store marketing efforts.
- Assign duties to relevant employees and ensure effective teamwork.
- Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees to enhance company performance.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Track and manage inventory at the store to minimize losses and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and make strategic decisions to improve performance.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement and job satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of retail and management experience with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson.
- Strong customer service, management, and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
