As an IP Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys in global patent filings and prosecution, updating and maintaining daily dockets for clients worldwide, communicating with clients/attorneys over conference calls, preparing PTO documents, identifying and/or verifying patent family members via PTO registers and commercial databases, evaluating patent portfolios of target companies, proofreading patent documents and identifying errors introduced by patent offices and/or applicants, conducting trademark pre-filing searches in global jurisdictions.

This position demands relevant work experience in the field of Paralegal and Docketing, knowledge of IP paralegal functions, sound knowledge of patent prosecution laws, and expertise in MS Office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail.
