At Propkarmaa, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and managing the sales process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and manage the sales process from start to finish.
  • Client Communication: Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored property solutions.
  • Sales Performance: Exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets, and continuously strive to improve sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: A graduation degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 03 years of experience in sales, or freshers who are eager to learn and grow.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Preferred Qualification: Possession of a vehicle is preferred.
