Overview

The Contracts Administrator role is a vital position in our organization, responsible for creating, validating and processing contract documentation. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under time-critical deadlines.

Responsibilities

As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and validating contract documentation using standard templates and business approvals
  • Liaising with various teams, including Deal Management, Finance, Legal and other groups across the organization
  • Facilitating discussion amongst Sales and functional stakeholders to reach agreement on contracting terms

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience drafting standard contractual documents and stakeholder management
  • Organized, detail-oriented and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Email, MS Word and Excel
