Quest for Success is a rapidly growing education technology and college guidance company that helps students pursue undergraduate studies abroad. We specialize in standardized test preparation, college admissions guidance, and personalized mentorship for high school students targeting top global universities.
We are seeking an ambitious professional to join our team as a generalist. In this role, you will work closely with the founder to drive business growth, build partnerships with schools and counselors, hire the right talent, and support day-to-day operations.
Your Responsibilities- Identify and establish relationships with schools, international counselors, and education partners
- Arrange and attend business meetings to explore collaboration opportunities
- Help plan webinars, events, or information sessions with institutions
- Engage with inbound leads (parents/students), explain services, and schedule consultations
- Track sales pipeline and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the founder to improve conversion strategies
- Write and post job descriptions
- Manage the hiring process: sourcing, screening, scheduling
- Support onboarding of educators, counselors, and operations staff
- Maintain internal trackers (sales, hiring, partnerships)
- Conduct market research to support new initiatives
- Work closely with the founder to solve ad-hoc business problems
- Have 1–3 years of experience in operations, hiring, business development, or startup roles
- Are confident communicating with both students and professionals (parents, school administrators, counselors)
- Are highly organized and proactive — you don't wait to be told what to do
- Are excited by international education, youth development, or edtech
- A full-time, onsite role in Koramangala, Bangalore
- Direct mentorship from the founder
