Lead Solar Module Manufacturing Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the planning and management of our solar module manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maximizing performance, and minimizing delays.
Main Responsibilities:- Plan and prioritize production activities to meet deadlines and customer demands.
- Determine resources required for production, including manpower, equipment, and raw materials.
- Monitor production progress and take corrective action as needed.
- Evaluate finished products against quality standards and customer specifications.
- Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved problems to senior management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning and management, with a minimum of 15 years of experience. Excellent knowledge of quality control principles and MRP systems is essential. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is required.
Key skills include organizational and problem-solving abilities, as well as strong communication skills.
