Salary and Benefits

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager who will oversee the daily operations of our Corrugated Paper Box making plant. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in managing production lines in a similar industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Corrugated Paper Box making processes and machinery.
- Proven track record of increasing productivity and reducing costs in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of production staff.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
