Responsibilities

• Perform routine operation and maintenance of various Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems including PHE and HVAC;
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting equipment, cleaning and lubricating machinery, and replacing parts as needed;
• Respond to facility emergencies and provide immediate solutions;
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs;
• Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment and systems as required;
• Take part in regular training and professional development to enhance technical skills;
• Assist external vendors and contractors engaged for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks;
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer service requests and inquiries.

· Monitor and adjusts system set points and output, thereby providing optimum comfort level and add to energy saving measures.

· Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies and promote continuous improvement of safety and environmental practices.

.In addition to the above-mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignments given by Management, within the purview of the contract.

Requirements

·ITI/ Diploma in Electrical;

·Proven experience of at least 04 years in Operations & Maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems including PHE and HVAC,
