ResponsibilitiesPerform routine operation and maintenance of various Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems including PHE and HVAC;Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting equipment, cleaning and lubricating machinery, and replacing parts as needed;Respond to facility emergencies and provide immediate solutions;Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs;Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment and systems as required;Take part in regular training and professional development to enhance technical skills;Assist external vendors and contractors engaged for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks;Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.Respond promptly and effectively to customer service requests and inquiries.· Monitor and adjusts system set points and output, thereby providing optimum comfort level and add to energy saving measures.· Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies and promote continuous improvement of safety and environmental practices..In addition to the above-mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignments given by Management, within the purview of the contract.

Requirements·ITI/ Diploma in Electrical;·Proven experience of at least 04 years in Operations & Maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems including PHE and HVAC,
