Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to develop their skills in finance and management.
The role involves managing the company's accounting, taxation, budgeting, and financial planning functions while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
You will be responsible for handling transfer pricing documentation and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth business operations.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
- Handle tax assessments, statutory audits, and compliance with Indian accounting standards.
- Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants and auditors on compliance and reporting requirements.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Provide MIS and variance analysis reports to management.
- Monitor cash flows, fund requirements, and banking transactions.
- Assist in foreign exchange-related transactions.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and transfer pricing audits.
- Strengthen internal control processes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Trading, and Warehouse teams for reconciliation and reporting.
- Conduct periodic warehouse visits for stock verification and finance-related checks.
