Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - Cloud Specialist



About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable microservices using Go or Java, coupled with hands-on expertise in Kubernetes.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying distributed systems that power our core platform. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing high-performance backend services using Go or Java, building, deploying, and managing microservices on Kubernetes, collaborating with DevOps to streamline CI/CD pipelines and observability, driving architecture decisions and technical design discussions, writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, participating in code reviews and mentoring junior engineers, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability of distributed systems, and working closely with product managers to refine requirements and deliver features.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance backend services using Go or Java.
  • Build, deploy, and manage microservices on Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to streamline CI/CD pipelines and observability.
  • Drive architecture decisions and technical design discussions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
  • Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of distributed systems.
  • Work closely with product managers to refine requirements and deliver features.

Requirements Must-Have:
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Go or Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks).
  • Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Understanding of REST APIs, gRPC, and event-driven systems.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
