We are seeking a highly experienced Senior/Lead AI Developer with extensive expertise in the latest Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, and other cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies. Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • Extensive industry experience in AI development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
  • Technical Skills:
  • AI Frameworks & Libraries: Hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and familiarity with emerging Generative AI platforms.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python; exposure to Rust or C++ is a plus.
  • Data Management: Expertise in handling large-scale, data-intensive environments and designing efficient data pipelines.
  • Full Stack Development: Strong experience in frontend and backend development.
  • API Development: Proven experience in developing REST APIs for scalable applications.
  • AI Agent Development: Practical experience with LangChain, LangFlow, and similar frameworks.
  • Model Training & Finetuning: Hands-on experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying AI/ML models.
  • Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with AWS or GCP cloud environments for deploying AI workloads.
  • Protocols: Worked with advanced protocols like MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices in software development.
