Vice President Information Technology

At the forefront of our organization, we seek an exceptional leader to spearhead our Information Technology initiatives. This pivotal role demands a visionary with the capacity to orchestrate cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and elevate our operational prowess.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • • Spearhead the development and implementation of robust hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance) ensuring seamless integration between property-level and enterprise systems.

  • • Foster strategic partnerships with business functions to enhance technology adoption, thereby improving guest experience, service consistency, and revenue processes.

  • • Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure across 60+ properties, guaranteeing network reliability and uptime while maintaining and testing business continuity and disaster recovery protocols.

  • • Lead the execution of IT projects (new rollouts, upgrades, integrations), ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery and ROI measurement.

  • • Manage relationships with vendors and system integrators, track performance against SLAs, and support the evaluation of new solutions and pilots.

  • • Develop and nurture a team of 6–8 IT professionals, promoting service orientation, performance, and growth while fostering a collaborative culture.

  • • Execute guest-facing digital initiatives (mobile check-in, self-service kiosks, digital concierge) and leverage analytics to provide actionable operational insights.

  • • Champion green IT practices at the operational level, including cloud adoption, paperless workflows, and energy-efficient solutions.

Requirements

Success in this role demands a seasoned professional with:

  • 15+ years of IT leadership experience in multi-property Hospitality, Travel, or Related Service Industries.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance platforms).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage distributed IT operations and deliver complex projects.
  • Hands-on understanding of cybersecurity and compliance in India, with knowledge on GDPR and other country privacy compliance advantageous.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and SLA governance.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to work across Operations, HR, Finance, and Marketing.
