Job Opportunity: Salesforce Data Migration Expert

\Entities of the Role

- This position entails executing complex data migrations from legacy systems to Salesforce Field Service Lightning, employing expert knowledge in data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and loading. The objective is to ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance.

- Strong technical skills are required for this role, including proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, SQL, and advanced Excel for data analysis. Additionally, experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, MuleSoft, Talend, or Client Boomi is preferred.

- The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the FSL data model and relationships between Work Orders, Service Appointments, Technicians, Territories, and Scheduling rules. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills are also essential.\

Required Qualifications & Skills :


- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce data migration, with a focus on Field Service Lightning projects.\

- Hands-on expertise with data masking and anonymization techniques for sandbox refreshes.\

- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk API) and data load best practices.\

- Proficiency in performance tuning for large data volumes (LDV) in Salesforce.\
