Drive Talent Acquisition Strategies for Commercial Roles

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition lead to drive hiring efforts for commercial roles across India, with a focus on consumer-facing positions in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for commercial roles, including sales, medical affairs, campus hiring, and supply chain positions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the talent market to proactively identify and engage high-potential candidates.
  • Partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide expert recruitment guidance.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Lead the leadership and executive hiring process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 13 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on commercial hiring in FMCG or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing recruitment teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
