English Communication Trainer Position

We are seeking a skilled and passionate English communication trainer to join our team. As an English communication trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs that focus on spoken English, pronunciation, listening, vocabulary in context, and applied grammar.

Your goal will be to deliver engaging and outcomes-oriented lessons that promote noticeable improvement in students' spoken confidence and clarity within weeks. You will also be responsible for running focused workshops that include presentations, group discussions, mock-interviews, and interview boot camps.

In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will work closely with the academic team to integrate communication goals across curriculum and camps. This may involve mentoring students individually where needed, helping shy or anxious learners build confidence, and collaborating with colleagues to design formative and summative assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-impact English communication training programs
  • Run focused workshops that promote student engagement and outcomes
  • Mentor students individually to help them build confidence and achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with the academic team to integrate communication goals across curriculum and camps
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional spoken and written English skills
  • Strong coaching ability and proven experience working with teenagers
  • Deep understanding of adolescent psychology and child-sensitive teaching approaches
  • Minimum 1 year classroom/training experience (school, coaching, corporate training preferred)
