We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Training and Onboarding Coordinator. This role plays a vital part in the onboarding process of new phlebotomists, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting initial interviews with prospective phlebotomists, assessing their suitability for the role.">
  • They will also assign selected candidates to appropriate trainers for skill development, providing ongoing support throughout the training process.">
  • In addition, the Training and Onboarding Coordinator will guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring they have access to all required resources and support.">
  • This includes monitoring and supporting new phlebotomists until they successfully complete their first assigned slot, guaranteeing they have the skills and confidence needed to excel in their role.">
  • Effective communication and coordination with trainers, management, and other teams are essential in ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.">

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in coordination, training, HR, or operations is required (experience in onboarding or people management preferred).">
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are essential (required).">

  • Familiarity with healthcare or service operations is an advantage but not required.">
