Job Opportunity

 

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Executive International Voice to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, executing collections calls with professionalism and empathy, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and meeting performance targets.

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, be comfortable with night shifts and rotational schedules, and possess strong verbal communication skills. Additionally, they should be target-oriented, quick learners, and have basic computer knowledge and typing speed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for US/UK clients.
  • Execute collections calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • SSC (10th Pass) with Min 1 Year BPO Experience
  • HSC (12th Pass) with Min 6 Months BPO Experience
  • HSC / Graduate Freshers also welcome

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication (English)
  • Confidence in handling international calls
  • Target-oriented and quick learner
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
