Job Title: Quality Assurance Director

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to lead our quality assurance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute quality assurance strategies, testing processes, and automation frameworks that deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to define and implement quality strategies.
  • Work closely with the lead to ensure thorough testing, identifying defects, and ensuring that software products meet the desired quality standards.
  • Assess current testing processes and suggest potential improvements or automation opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior QA role.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in QA methodologies, test planning, and building automation frameworks.
  • Automation Tools: Good to have Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
  • Defect Tracking & Management: Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, and test management platforms like TestRail.
  • Programming Skills: Strong scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • CI/CD Knowledge: Practical experience with CI/CD tools, e.g., Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD, to integrate testing into deployment pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud Testing: Experience with cloud testing platforms like AWS Device Farm, BrowserStack, or Sauce Labs.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile principles, with experience participating in sprint ceremonies.
  • Certifications: ISTQB certification or similar QA/Testing certifications.
