Procurement Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced procurement specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain management group, you will be responsible for researching and evaluating potential vendors, negotiating contract terms, and managing orders and inventory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Research and compare offers from suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and quality.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with vendors to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Review the quality of purchased products to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products and invoices to facilitate efficient tracking and analysis.
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses, to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends by attending trade shows and exhibitions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
