Our company is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This key position plays a critical part in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing packaging materials and services that align with company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in cost-efficiency, timely delivery, and quality compliance of all procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
  • Negotiate Price and PO terms with vendors to achieve best value.
  • Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and consumption data.
  • Handle QC reports, rejections, and replacements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Operations, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with contract law and sourcing strategies.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
