Workforce Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Workforce Management expert to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of workforce management tools and have a strong background in project management.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years and maximum of 9 years of experience in workforce management roles, with expertise in all stages of workforce management, including forecasting, capacity planning, rostering, and scheduling.

Key responsibilities include meeting with clients, collecting information about their businesses, analyzing and interpreting data to identify weaknesses and problems, formulating recommendations and solutions, presenting findings and suggestions to clients, developing business plans, and providing guidance on implementation and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and communication skills, able to work effectively in an individual contributor role and travel as required.

Requirements:

  • Post-Graduate in a related discipline
  • Certified Management Consultant (optional)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with workforce management software such as Verint, Genesis, Nice IEX etc. and databases
