Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our fundraising and partnerships strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with our organizational goals
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, including CSR leaders, philanthropists, and impact investors
  • Identify and cultivate new funding opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations
  • Oversee the development of high-quality donor-facing communications and pitch decks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and tailored development of grant materials and donor communications

Necessary Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space
  • A proven track record of leading successful fundraising campaigns and building lasting trust with funders
  • Strong storytelling and writing skills, with ability to translate complexity into clarity across proposals, pitches, and reports
  • A deep understanding of India's social impact ecosystem and ability to intuit what funders value
