Industrial Park Investment Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the evaluation, structuring, and execution of real estate acquisitions across India.

  • Financial analysis: Conduct detailed financial modeling to support investment decisions, analyzing feasibility studies and scenario analyses.
  • Tax and capital optimization: Design optimal tax and capital structures for new acquisitions, collaborating with legal and financial advisors.
  • Investment memos and presentations: Prepare investment memos, approval notes, and presentations for internal stakeholders and investment committee reviews.
  • Due diligence and transaction management: Manage due diligence processes and develop transaction term sheets with cross-functional teams.
  • Asset performance monitoring: Monitor asset performance and oversee key asset management functions to drive value creation.

Requirements:

  • Education: A professional degree in finance or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 14+ years of experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions, or asset management.
  • Leadership skills: Proven leadership skills, able to lead teams and drive results aligned with organizational goals.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical mindset, skilled in developing insights, evaluating risks, and solving complex financial and operational problems.

Additional responsibilities include tracking and analyzing relevant government policies and regulations impacting industrial and real estate development, and providing regular progress reports and updates to fund investors on development and financial milestones.
