Are you a strategic and results-driven professional with experience in real estate development and stakeholder engagement? We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned expert to lead our Real Estate team.

  • Develop and implement investment models that optimize returns on investment, collaborating closely with market players to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Dynamically interact with local stakeholders and governmental bodies to secure support for Fulfillment Center expansions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with key business owners, including local and central Finance managers, IT, legal, Operations, Facilities, and Engineering representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong landlord relationships through negotiation and contractor management, escalating any issues that arise beyond routine activities.
  • Strategically manage alterations and reduce Fix costs (all building-related expenses), enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in real estate development, stakeholder engagement, and investment optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in presenting complex information to various audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual support.
