Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain planning strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute projects that improve end-to-end planning processes.
  • Ensure accuracy of system-generated plans and drive adoption among demand and supply planners.
  • Analyze data to identify root causes of non-adoption and implement process improvements.
  • Manage master data governance for supply chain planning.
  • Deliver on continuous process improvement actions through project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Measure and track process metrics, including plan adherence, master data errors, and functional KPIs.
  • Standardize and digitize supply chain metrics for tracking and management reporting.
  • Work with Kinaxis and SAP SMEs to configure and improve planning system processes.
Qualifications
  • MBA with specialization in Supply Chain/Operations.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing in a Pharma/FMCG organization.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
  • Holistic approach and systems thinking.
  • Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decision making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in SAP R/3 modules, specifically Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Sales and Distribution (SD).
  • Broad understanding of Indian Pharma industry.
