Job Title: Central Supply Chain Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Central Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited. As a Central Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and material planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy of system-generated plans and drive adoption among demand and supply planners.
  • Participate in supply chain digital initiatives and drive projects to deliver defined objectives.
  • Root cause analysis for non-adoption of system plans and improve processes, logics, and eliminate system issues.
  • Ensure master data governance of supply chain planning.
  • Deliver on identified continuous process improvement actions through project management and collaboration.
  • Measure, track, and deliver on process metrics like plan adherence, master data errors, and functional KPIs.
  • Standardize and digitize supply chain metrics for tracking and management reporting.
  • Work with Kinaxis and SAP SMEs to configure and improve planning system processes.
  • Analysis of various data sets to drive insights and action plans for overall improvement of planning processes.

Qualifications:

  • MBA with specialization in supply chain/operations.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain and manufacturing in a pharma/FMCG organization.
  • Proficient in SAP R/3 modules, specifically material management (MM), production planning (PP), and sales and distribution (SD).
  • End-to-end supply chain planning processes understanding.
  • Holistic approach and systems thinking.
  • Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and tools, including ERP and Excel.
  • Broad understanding of the Indian pharma industry.
