Central Supply Chain Planning Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Central Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited. As a key member of our Global Manufacturing Organisation, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and material planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of supply chain planning processes through Kinaxis and ERP systems.
- Participate in digital initiatives and drive projects to deliver defined objectives and improve supply chain planning capabilities.
- Collaborate with demand and supply planners to ensure accurate system-generated plans and drive their adoption.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve non-adoption of system plans and improve processes.
- Ensure master data governance of supply chain planning and deliver on continuous process improvement actions.
Requirements
- MBA with specialization in Supply Chain/Operations and 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing in a Pharma/FMCG organization.
- Proficient in SAP R/3 modules, specifically Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong analytical skills with a bias for data-based decision-making and excellent communication and presentation skills.
