Production Manager Role

The Production Manager will oversee the manufacturing process to ensure timely completion of tasks. Key responsibilities include developing production plans, managing costs for improved efficiency, supervising production line workers, and continually enhancing processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement plans to meet deadlines.
  • Cost Management: Optimize production costs to boost efficiency.
  • Workforce Supervision: Lead and direct production line staff.
  • Process Enhancement: Regularly improve production processes to increase efficiency and product quality.
  • Safety Oversight: Ensure compliance with safety regulations to prevent accidents.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with supply chain, sales, R&D, and other departments to align production with market demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular production reports, analyze data, and provide support to management.
  • Crisis Response: Handle unexpected situations during production and make quick decisions to minimize impact.
  • Tech Advancement: Stay updated on the latest production technologies and methods to drive innovation.
  • Compliance: Ensure all production activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
  • Proven track record in production management.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality controls.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Detailed understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with production technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change.
  • Willingness to travel domestically for business purposes.
