Senior IAM Engineer

Role Overview

We seek a skilled Senior IAM Engineer to design, develop, integrate and support enterprise-wide identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

  • Design, develop and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions across the enterprise.
  • Configure connectors, workflows, rules and policies for user provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification and access request.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM requirements and translate them into IIQ solutions.
  • Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise applications (Active Directory, LDAP, Databases, SaaS applications, HR systems).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
  • Develop and configure connectors, workflows, rules and policies for IAM processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM requirements and translate them into IIQ solutions.
  • Implement Lifecycle Management, Access Certification Campaigns and Role-Based Access Controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management with 3-5 years hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ expertise.
  • Strong development experience in Java, BeanShell, XML and web services (SOAP/REST APIs).
  • Knowledge of IAM standards & protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM).
  • Experience integrating IIQ with enterprise systems (Active Directory, LDAP, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, cloud apps).

Preferred Qualifications

  • SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer/Architect.
  • Experience with SailPoint SaaS offerings (IdentityNow, Identity Security Cloud).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Agile/Scrum delivery model experience.
