Our organization is seeking an individual who can drive creative campaigns into measurable results.

As a key performer, you will plan, launch and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads. Your expertise in managing ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and conversions will be invaluable.

Key responsibilities include developing A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences and placements, as well as monitoring campaign performance daily and providing actionable insights.

You will work closely with the Social Media Manager and Content team to ensure ads align with brand storytelling and visuals. Exploring opportunities in Pinterest Ads and TikTok Ads as the brand grows is also essential.

Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with fashion, lifestyle or e-commerce brands.
  • Proven track record of running profitable ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Google.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics like ROAS, CPC, CTR and CAC.
  • Ability to collaborate with creative teams to brief and refine ad assets.
  • Experience with premium or luxury brand advertising is a strong plus.
