Description:

We're looking for a Senior Copywriter who masters storytelling and understands design aesthetics. If you can craft compelling narratives in English, bring fresh ideas, think visually while writing, and lead a team of copywriters, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative strategies that align with the company's vision and business goals.
  • Lead a team of copywriters, provide mentorship, and foster creativity and innovation.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure words and visuals work together.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Develop strong brand voices and oversee marketing campaigns and brand assets.
  • Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns.
  • Write across formats including ads, scripts, social media, and long-form content.
  • Manage resources efficiently.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Strong expertise in storytelling and campaign development.
  • Proven ability to inspire and manage a team of creatives.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Innovative mindset to navigate challenges creatively.
