Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and build strong sales pipelines.
- Design outbound prospecting campaigns (Emails, LinkedIn, cold calling, Whatsapp) to generate leads.
- Set up meetings to understand customer needs and concerns to gather key prospect information.
- Handle complaints or objections over calls and convince leads for a product demo.
- Collate inputs of client feedback and present them to the team and management.
- Manage leads in CRM systems, update the status regularly, and ensure reports are accurate.
- Strong communication skills are essential as this position will interact with diverse levels of business and global stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of B2B sales, prospecting, email campaigns, and cold calling is preferred.
- Ability to build/nurture/grow a strong network of people and channels (internally and externally) for lead generation.
- An in-residence personality who can take decisions proactively and not always seek instructions.
