Real Estate Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the real estate experience for our customers.

Your primary objective is to provide exceptional guidance and support to clients as they navigate the complexities of property investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers on call, understand their requirements, and persuade them to schedule an appointment
  • Attend qualified leads by meeting clients, presenting tailored options, and bringing them through a no-pressure education-based presentation on buying or investment strategies
  • Develop rapport with clients, understanding their goals and vision for the future
  • Educate clients on property investment, making them aware of incentives available and opening their eyes to different strategies for pursuing their objectives
  • Manage relationships, assist clients through the decision-making process, and foster long-term communication to build trust and loyalty

Representing the brand with integrity, you aim to bring consistent value to every client interaction. Seeking referrals and networking opportunities to grow your client base, you will conduct surveys to identify competitive market prices and drive end-to-end sales progress from lead generation to closure.

  • In-depth knowledge of local markets and cities
