Senior Backend Developer

As a senior backend developer, this position involves leading the development of high-performance applications using Python. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable backend services, building secure systems, and mentoring junior developers.
Key Skills Required:- Proficiency in architecting and implementing Python-based backend services.
- Experience with designing modular and maintainable codebases.
- Leadership skills for mentoring developers through all phases of development.
- Ability to develop APIs using FastAPI and integrate task queues using Celery.
- Knowledge of ORM and migrations using SQLAlchemy and Alembic.
- Skills in building and optimizing database systems using MySQL, PostgreSQL, and related tools.
- Experience with integrating LLMs into backend systems to support conversational AI capabilities.
- 5-6 years of experience in Python backend development.
- Strong knowledge of FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, Celery, Purest, and AI/ML-related Python libraries.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and database design best practices.
- Familiarity with containerization using Docker and basic knowledge of CI/CD tools and Git workflows.
Additional Benefits:
