We're seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering crew, you'll be responsible for building scalable backend components using Java.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Writing clean and efficient Java code to develop backend components
  • Reading and understanding external API documentation to build new integrations
  • Debugging production issues by analyzing logs and participating in on-call rotations
  • Testing and validating APIs using Postman or similar tools
  • Collaborating with product managers and developers to translate requirements into technical tasks

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of backend development experience in Java
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting API documentation
  • Hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, log analyzers, and version control systems (Git)
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively
