Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and client satisfaction surveys.
  • Identify new business opportunities by networking and building relationships with potential clients.

  • Manage and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to improve client services and stay ahead of competitors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in an advertising agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
