We are seeking an Executive Director to lead our client relationships and develop strategies that meet their evolving needs.
About the Job:
- This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving business growth, fostering strong client partnerships, and delivering high-quality results.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in client relationship management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
- Able to analyze complex problems, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to drive business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate comprehensive business plans based on client briefs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in generating creative concepts and pitching processes to clients.
- Provide strategic input to competitor analysis and identify areas for process improvements, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze business-as-usual operations to identify opportunities for experimentation and innovation, driving continuous improvement.
- Create compelling case studies and success stories that highlight the achievements and impact of our work.
- Define brand positioning strategies that differentiate us from competitors and resonate with target audiences.
- Brief Review and Approval - Review and vet client briefs, ensuring alignment with execution plans and strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring client renewals and upsells.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand strategic growth plans and identify upsell opportunities.
- Establish clear benchmarks and review timelines to ensure client satisfaction.
- Take final accountability for client pitches and creating annual execution plans & strategies.
- Evaluate marketing success through social media reports, identifying improvement areas and demonstrating value to stakeholders.
- Update resource planning quarterly and ensure timely contract renewals, addressing obstacles proactively.
- Maintain monthly client P&Ls, ensuring billing targets are met.
- Conduct monthly team meetings, provide feedback, and mentor teams for proactive problem-solving.
- Structure training programs with the L&D team to improve work quality and specific competencies.
- Hire capable independent resources that can understand, communicate and execute client briefs accurately.
