Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

Provide technical assistance and support to end-users with desktop-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

  • Support multiple operating systems, including Windows, to deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Utilize issue tracking and resolution tools, such as BMC Remedy, for efficient problem-solving.
  • Develop strong communication skills to interact effectively with users and stakeholders.
  • Work flexible shifts, including 24/7 or US Shifts, with a willingness to adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive results and achieve goals, while being a good team player.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a Diploma/Certificate in Information Technology or a Regular degree/diploma in Information Technology, B.E, B. Tech, BCA / MCA, BSCIT.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of SolarWinds monitoring tool (added advantage)
  • Experience working with remote support tools (added advantage)
  • Strong window OS & desktop troubleshooting skills.
