Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support across our IT infrastructure.

  • Provide technical assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems (servers, storage, networks).
  • Handle user requests and incidents via the IT helpdesk/ticketing system.
  • Administer user accounts, email systems, and security groups in Active Directory/Office 365.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and system access issues.
  • Assist in IT projects (cloud migration, system upgrades, security enhancements).
  • Collaborate with vendors and external providers for IT services and escalations.
Mandatory Skills Required
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
